89 Accord 2.0 FI after about ten minutes starts dropping idle i checked catalytic converter,cap,rotor,plugs and wires all are fine no check engine light. car has no power after this starts feels like the exhaust is being restricted and the car has trouble accelerating if iturn the car off and then back on it runs fine for a few minutes then starts doing it again. Thanks for the help

I fixed the car the primary Oxygen Sensor came unplugged!
