I NEED SOME IDEAS
I sold my SRT a few days ago
. i have a 91 Civic Hathcback that does not run at the moment. I have about 7 thousand to play with. not really planning on turboing it.
Jus give me some ideas about what you would do. I am kinda new to the "Honda" thing.

I got the car for free. Body is in real good shape. Front right fender is dented. I dont have ne pics right now, but will post some. The D15 in it is fooked. It runs, but the piston rings are gone. The #3 spark plug is getting oil on it from the piston side.
I was planning on a B16 swap. About 2000 for that when it is all said and done.
I need ideas beyond that. My friends want me to do ITBs, but that doesnt sound very streetable to me.

Best said! I just gave ideas and link for him to look around. I know I sounded a little specific, but didn't mean too. Kinda left it more specific cause he's new the Honda world. By giving more specific words will make his searching easier. No harm though....I completely agree with you!

Thinks guys. I think that i am goin with a b16. Don't want to go turbod, but what do yall think about ITB's?

Well ITBS are mostly all good, not really worth it on lightly built motors, as far as a daily it's fine with filtering.
Tuning ITBS can be tricky, if you never have before.
If you want a b16 good, that's a start. Now some more goals and what's your remaning budget once the motor is in and running.
