So heres what is going on; when I start my car my idle is up around 2700, which comes down around 1500 when my car is warm....then after it warms up I have a temperamental vacuum leak that pulsates from 1500 - 2500 at a slower rate.... I am not sure what type of throttle body I have since I recently purchased the car, so I have taken some pics. The car is currently running a b16a obd0 and throwing no cel's.

Plugged, unplugged makes no difference as far as the idle or vacuum leak is concerned.

Check for any leaks by just spraying the motor with carb choke find the area and make sure it seals properly. I don't know B series, but IACV problem maybe? Map? No leaks in lines? IM gasket sealed tight? many factors...gl

I feel like a bonehead.....problem was my idle screw on the throttle body....it was backed out all the way and almost fell out. lol tightened it up and both problems are fixed.
