Does anybody know if a obd o to obd 1 conversion will make a ZC DOHC motor pass smog, and if not does anybody know how to make it pass? please help me!

I don't think that it's a smoggable motor period. If the tech sees the "ZC" stamp on the block you'll fail. At least that's what I've gathered from other threads, I don't live in CA. There are a few smog techs on here, i'm sure they'll have a definitive answer for you.

 

i know a place in hawthorne that doesnt usually trip on the motor unless its a nightmare swap. Let me know if you need info on where to go.
