Your evaporative emissions system has a leak on the canister side, which is basically a leak in the evap system between the fuel tank and the engine. There may not be a leak like air leaking from a punctured tire, but rather one of the solenoids or valves is not working properly. If it was a leak on the tank system it would likely be a loose or bad gas cap. Aftermarket gas caps would cause a tank side leak too. At any rate, break out the Helms and consult the troubleshooting flow chart, or go the dealer and have them do an evap system function test with the HDS(Honda Diagnostic System).
