RSX-S Idling/Bogging issues + IAT sensor location
Hello we recently just got done installing a Hondata IMG on my buddys 2003 RSX-S.
Well we just got done, had a mechanic put the parts back, torqued to spec, ect, and now the car rev's literally on its own, then idles at about 2,000 RPMS.
The mechanic said there may be air bubbles in the coolant and the car is trying to push them out so we had the radiator cap off, turned the car on, and started putting radiator fluid as the level goes down, this did nothing.
I then took the car for a drive, and noticed that when you come off the gas from crusing, it bogs you really hard. I thought to myself "it absolutely has to be a problem with the TB, or a sensor or something"
The car is "putting" as well. Its going "put put put put put"
Anyone have any ideas?
Also anyone know where the Inlet air temp sensor is located? RSX's aren't really my fancy if you can tell, even though I have a k20 as well.

maybe u didnt connect a hose?
there is a hose... if u are facing the front of the car on the left side of the intake manifold (opposite side of the throttle body) there is a hose that hooks up from the IM to the motor, make sure that hose is plugged in. I think its called the pcv or something hose

what mechanic told you that?
WOW.
sounds like a vac leak. check all electrical connections.
he may have damaged the throttlebody gasket is my guess. it is paper and gets caught on the studs on the way out (if you took off the TB to do the bypass..)
