Default norcal /////////////////////FS: BNIB hytech replica header for sale, titanium nitrate coated $$3

Here's your only chance to grab these headers before they're sold out, these are the famous Tri-Y header based off Hytech design also known as (AKA) Rage, Hytech Production, Comptech Race...etc.

Many sellers list these at $750+
Market price at $600
Regular Special at $450

i only have 2 of each

this is what i have now.

2 x the regualar stainless steal one

2x titanium nitrate coated (for high heat purpose) (blinging GOLD!)

i'm selling these for 350 each
400 for the titanium nitrate coated one

extension for header is an additional 30 dollars.

please pm me or email me

Located in the bay area or san francisco

just picked up this header last week and tested on a '95 civic hb w/ a usdm itr motor. i was pretty impressed by the gains...

mods:

B18c5
port n polished head
stg 2 cams, gears, and valve train
port matched intake mani. & 70mm tb
chipped p28, adj. fpr. 255lph pump
AEM ITR CAI, JDM 4-1 headers/hytech replica

only thing changed between runs was the header
made back to back runs, no tuning before or after the header swap

just got my titanium nitrate coated header today and i am super satisfied!!! the quality is awesome! looks great, fits great, intallation was a breeze. only downfall i found was that the bolts for connecting the 2 piece section were a little short. the problem was quickly and easily solved by getting 2 new ones from my bolt selection at my house. if someone can post pics for me or give me a quick rundown of how to do it i will get some taken tomorrow. I will also be posting up dyno figures on my full built stock bore b18c5 in the very near future. come on 220!!!!!

im almost positive thats the issue as the bolts that i used were about an inch longer and i ran them out of threads before the collector stopped moving. I was not able to get it on as far as i did by hand, it only got that far with help from my bolts. perhaps using a c-clamp or something to pull it together would work. i am going to replace the replacement bolts with stainless units as well as the collector to exhaust flange bolts. with the new exhaust i made i will have 100% stainless from the engine back VERY NICE!!!
