Default pictures of bike after accident

As some of you know i was in a accident a couple months back. A lady pulled out in front and i was hurt really bad here are some shots of the bike. They are not as bad as i thought it would be except the tank i dont know what it hit but is fucked up. Im in no rush to fix it because i cant ride this summer anyway and i have a pending lawsuit but she will be ready next year.

Wow. It's awesome you were able to walk away and tell the tale. Good luck with the lawsuit.

The tank makes it look really bad don't it? The forks look good from what i can tell. Only thing im worried about is that when the tank got hit. Did it do something to the frame because it pulled upwards and the tabs that connect to hold the tank down to the bolts broke. Will that do any damage to the frame? It doesn't look like it but im no professional by no means frame looks straight from what i can tell.

glad to hear your ok. I had a similar type of accident.

My lawsuit is still pending and its almost been a year and my back will never be the same. I still ride but I am ALOT more weary in traffic now. I stay the hell away from high traffic areas because people are so ****** retarded.

For those that don't know or don't remember - Odie didn't exactly walk away from that accident. He's still paying for it now, and it doesn't look to be over soon. Keep it as a reminder that no matter who is right in traffic, the rider will always lose.

I go to court at the end of August. Her insurance company is trying to get her out of the failure to yield the right away ticket they appointed a lawyer. The way they are talking if she don't get out that ticket (which she should not) they are going to take full responsibility of my damage of the bike and my injuries. Right now im just waiting to go to court and hoping everything goes like it should.
