99-00 civic ex/si is there a write up step by step how to install these jdm foglights?
I was searching and I couldnt find anything especially with pictures maybe I am not typing the right thing in. But I am going to buy some foglights from a ht-member but they dont come with instructions. Is there a step by step write up out there anyone knows about that could help me out I am sure its pretty the same as the eg but I want to know on the front bumper where to cut and keep for them to line up and stuff like that? thanks.
