So you spun a bearing on an 80k mile JDM H22A? How do you know it had 80k miles? Or you spun a bearing on your stock H22A1 at 80k miles and replaced it with a JDM H22A?

 

never spun a bearing on an h22, but i have spun a bearing and broken the crankshaft at the same time on an h23vtec

 

h22a4 20,*** miles, sleeved, crower rods, JE pistons, Turbonetics T3/T4, Hondata exct... Spun a rod bearing on # 3 at 7200rpms oooo what a sound that made I got pics 2

too much power on a high mileage crank

 

did you spin a bearing???.what are you trying to ascertain??

i spun a thrust bearing using an h23 crank...don't know what caused it, but i heard it happens frequently on h23's, but it could be that there are just many more of them out there..

 

Trying to see if 55mm H22A4's have more bearing issues than their 50mm H22A brothers!
