I have changed the idle air control , the fast idle valve and the car still surges until it warms up and makes a pop sound from the intake, at which point idle smooths out but tip in on the throttle surges which is driving speed , anyone have any ideas?

 

by the way it is a b18a1 in it with the ls computer obd1
