Smoked tail lights back to stock... can it be done?
I have a set of all red ITR tail lights for my DC integra that are smoked. Im curious with some wet sand paper or something could i refurbish them back to stock? I know that he used some sort of clear coat or something to do it, but am worried about ruining them. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

Yeah, you should be able to give it a light sand with some high grit sand paper (1200+), just make sure you dont rub too hard and leave big scratches. The paint (Im assuming he sprayed these, and didnt use the tint film) should come off. After that use some meguiars plastic polish to get them looking really good again.

Thats what i have been told. Hopefully i dont burn the plasctic or anything. Id rather sell them as smoked and buy different ones than ruin these and have to buy new ones anyway lol.
