Default removing paint off the dash

hey i think this was already posted before but couldnt find it, my girl got this celica with a fucked up interior... its was painted black but shyt was really sloppy, overspray everywhere!! and drips plus some of its peeling too, making it look real ghetto... so i was wondering what was the best and safest way to remove it?? trying to remove all the black paint and repainting it to its original color?? please help guys

Paint Stripper should take it off, test it on the underside of the dash first though, to make sure its not going to eat through the plastic.
