Default Adjusting the cam with AEM cam gear??

Wanting to strap this adjustable cam gear to my d16a6 91 si. What would be the best setting? Guy who gave it to me said that he simply alignd the pins on the lower pulley, and alignd the line on the cam gear line to the indicator, set it to 0 and put it on. Is it that simple, have no directions. Cant find any help on threads, thanks!

An adjustable cam gear set on 0 is your stock setting. These gears are really for more agressive cam swaps to fine tune them.

THere is no point in buying this stuff if you don't plan on Dyno tuning your car. Don't even wast your money unless you are going to seriously Dyno TUNE your car. And I mean tune it not just make a pass to see how much horsepower you got.
