what is this sensor?

so i recently did a y8 IM swap on a Y7 and there is one sensor that i couldn't put back because my intake is ghetto rigged. what is the sensor on the intake, it looks like a plug.
i think it affects my idle because at times my ides jumps. any ideas?

uh...either a picture or better description is probably needed...

however, there arent many sensors on the intake, its probably iat
