Default opinions needed H-T - CROME or HONDATA ???

right H-T, just finished my finishing off the b16a2

- skunk2 pro intake manifold
- hondata intake gasket
- skunk2 stage 1 camshafts
- skunk2 pro cam gears
- dc sports 4-1 exhaust manifold
- test pipe
- spoon b pipe
- spoon n1

now the time has come to choose engine managment,

CROME or HONDATA!!!?!?

i know crome is free for everyone, crome tuners are popular, BUT i hear it take a lot longer to tune and have problems with bugs,

HONDATA, easy tuning, reliable, everyone uses hondata, well nearly everyone!!

opinions please H-T

what ever your tuner feels comfortable with or tells you to go with.

Like the professor said use whatever your tuner is confortable with and cost effective.

Definately prefer whatever your tuner does.

But trust me, Crome is not full of bugs. I have been using it for years both turbo and NA and I have never had an issue.

We prefer Hondata, but whatever you can afford.
Crome=$ for a P28 and socketing.
Hondata S100 =$ for a P28, socketing, and $195.

<-----waiting for Whitfield and Artie to come in and sing the praises of Crome

the best and only advice you should listen to.

unless you are looking to do it yourself. then Crome is the way to go. (if you don't want to wait for eCtune)

I'd think it would work the other way. To DIY with Crome you'll need to buy hardware that starts chipping away at its price advantage over other systems...
