im thinking about dropping the CTR cams and going stage2. how much do these usually run? r they drop in cams? ne opinons are welcome

Stage 2 requires a valvetrain upgrade and major tuning. Stage 1 is more of a drop in cam, but still required tuning for maximum gain.

 

Ive been planning on getting some new cams CTR but now decided to go for
the Skunk Stage2s, i still have the brand new ITR valve springs(I&E). I know these wont do anymore when i get the skunks, can i reuse the springs anyhow?
Like change the Intake to after market and keep the ITRs on exhuast?

 

if you decide to do this can I buy your ctr cam?

 

So are you saying the ITR springs arent good enough for skunk stage 2's? coz I was considering the same thing

 

I havn't bought the CTR cams yet, planning to, i bought the valve springs early.
I now plan doing the ITR outer and portflow inner combo.

 

correct.. the stage 2's require better valve springs & retainers..
