mine went bad and i dont feel like spending 3 billion dollars on a new one, and also no junk yards around here have one. so if anyone has an extra one lying around off their motor. please let me know, i have cash and will pay you for it if you need money. i live in the Seattle area so it would be great if someone from around here has one but any help id appreciated. thanks

I've seen many remanufactured distributers crap out in less than 20K, so you'll definitely want to go with either the Hitachi or NEC unit that came on your car. What model Accord do you have?

 

have you seen how much they want for a dist at Majestic, its sick

 

if it is not a honda part, it does not go on the car. (brake pads being the only exception)

 

Reman'd distributors from your local parts store will run $200-$250.

I ordered a "distributor subassembly" from http://www.manhonda.com (call them up) i ordered it about 2 years ago, and it was about $130 at the time. It was supposed to come with distributor housing, sensors, etc etc, but NO coil NOR igniter, BUT for some reason mine did come with igniter!!

Get an OEM honda from manhonda.com .
