Check Gas Cap?
So my 06 Civic Lx starts to tell me "CHECK GAS CAP". So i pull over and check it. it seems to be in secure. So to make sure I opene it and close it again tight. I also make sure the hatch is properly closed. My car sill flashes "CHECK GAS CAP". Any of guys had this problem and/or know how to fix it? Its annoying cause it block the mileage info.

Not to highjack, but what the heck is a "Click". I know it is a military term used to describe a certain amout of distance, but what is that distance in normal measurement?
Thanks

Klick refers to one kilometre. click is what your gas cap does when you tighten it.
Klick (sometimes spelled click, which may also mean one minute of arc when adjusting the sighting system on a weapon such as a rifle) is a common military term meaning kilometer when referring to distance or kilometers per hour (km/h) when referring to speed. Its use became popular among soldiers in Vietnam during the 1960s, although veterans of the war recall its usage as early as the 1950s

It'll just block the mileage when you turn the car on. You can still cycle through your Trip A Trip B and Overall Miles if you want.
Same thing happened to me. It went away after about 25 miles. Next time I turned the car on, it was gone.
