Alright so the car has Tockio Blue Shocks, and Skunk 2 Adjustable Springs, the problem is the suspension is like super super soft. Evey bump we hit makes us bounce around like crazy, and when I had the car inspected the guy could put his hand under the tire and move the wheel up and down with his hand with no effort at all (All 4). So what I am wondering is could it be possible that all 4 shocks are blown? Are the springs just to soft? Or what?

I have a 4-1 Header and it has had it's *** kicked from the previous owner, and I want to replace it with a new one, but I want to stop the car from bottoming out before I do.

What rate are the springs?

The stock rates I found to be horrid myself.

 

Don't know about the springs, but the Tokico blues are basically a stock replacement, just stiffer.

I'm going to agree with Max here (oh noez!) and say that the spring rates are probably way off for your setup, especially if you're able to compress the springs with one hand.
