Default looking for a shop to do some rim repair and a full polish in the LA area

I have been to tru wheel... they don't want to do a full polish they said they cant guarantee their work
I went to pico wheel repair, this guy is asking $1100 bucks that's way out of my budget.

so if you have any suggestions let them rip!
