Civic ready to be painted this week. I've mask everything up getting it ready to spray it on sunday. I am renting a booth on sunday and will be painting 3 cars that day. Pics will be updated with pics in the booth.

Is it going to be the same color that the engine bay has

Seriously.

 

Car will be sprayed same color as the engine bay. Engine bay was sprayed before droppin in the rebuilt motor that i built. I will have pics up on sunday with process in the spray booth.

Color is sexy, engine looks so clean you could eat off it.

did you mask of the door sills? why not just remove them?

some parts of the car couldnt be removed. Previous owners i guest in that had the car had stripped the head screws. so some parts just had to be mask off. Daily driven car anyway. just one of the 3 ef hatch i have. one is already painted. this is the 2nd one being painted.

 

that color looks pretty nice. cant wait to see finish painting it.

Last 2 i painted...one is my light blue civic ....the other is a Kandy Burple 3 stage paint i painted for my aunt which her daughter had before drive by shooting took her life in 1993. Car sat ever since but finally got it running for my aunt and uncle, for their only son now.
