I want advice/answers
i have a 95 accord lx wagon--2.2--non vtec--no ABS--automatic that is ALL Factory(except the stereo)
i don't have a clue what i need for the most part...i usually speed, and like to drive smoothly as opposed to jerky on the vehicle. on the other hand, i like being able to hop a curb if i want to, as well as go offroad.also...i'm the type of dude that enjoys pullin' the ebrake when the ground will permit it. my driving style obviously doesn't allow for lowering, besides, i like a higher ride height. i would like to have an all-around type of car that is pretty much considered a sleeper. money is only SOMEWHAT of an issue. i'm probably willing to spend about 3 to 4 thousand or so. i know it doesn't matter TOO much, but remember that it is a wagon. thanks.

Sounds like you need a dune buggy.
Ok for starters, you have a car. Off road is not what its made for. It doesn't have the ground clearance. If you want to be able to go off road, I suggest you sell the car and start somewhere else. Look at the Subaru forester, spend your 3-4K on a WRX engine swap and you have what your looking for.
More than likely, you are going to tear up the accord with what you want to do and how you will drive. If its in good shape, sell it or trade it for something that suits your style.
if you have to keep it, then here are my suggestions:
Get rid of the slush box auto trans. Look for a H series transmission with preferably close gear ratios and a high final drive gear. This alone will do wonders for the wagons performance.
As for performance on the cheap side: find a cheap cold air intake and replace the cat back exhaust with either a straight pipe or a turbo muffler. hell, try a glass pack muffler. This will make the car louder, bu increase the performance on the top end (you need it for the closer geared trans). If you have some cash, get a nitrous kit and spray a 50 shot. The car will be more lively than you can imagine.
As for handling, you might be screwed. I'd grab suspension techniques rear anti-sway bar kit to keep the body from rolling. Get an EX front sway bar and use a polyurethane bushing kit. I am assuming the struts are old in your car, grab a set of tokico blues and have them installled. Keep the stock springs (yes, I went there). If you want to go off road, don't lower it. Hell, you might even try the springs off a newer generation accord that is heavier. If the spring dimensions match, the heavier springs will slightly raise the car and add a higher spring rate for better handling. Get some 17's (go cheap incase you break one "off roading"), and get a tire that is 55 or more series. for example 205/55/17 of 205/60/17. These might rub, so do a test fit before you install them. That takes care of the handling.
Brakes: upgrade the brakes to the EX calipers and rotors and get a good set of pads, like ceramic. I am sure you will need it if you speed.
finally: paint the car flat black, add a grill gard from a ford ranger, cut a hole in the roof you can fit through, and mount a .50 caliber turret. Go MadMax style.

I'm not sure what your question is.
If you want a vehicle to do all that it's not the Accord, time to trade in for something thats more your style.
