ok heres first question, what would i set adjustable FPR to (PSI) running stock Si injectors, or run 440s and turn PSI to what setting, high compression application 11-6-1

You use stock fuel pressure, if you need more fuel get bigger injectors and a tune. you cant just turn up the pressure and all is well 
Im running stock fuel pressure though some dsm 450's for my supercharger. Just get it tuned before you blow it up
