Mute Wire

Default Mute Wire

Hi guys i just got an 07 red LX 4dr. I'm trying to install bluetooth in the car but cant seem to locate the MUTE WIRE behind the Factory Radio. Can someone help me with that. Thanks

there is a wire for that? i thought it was just function on the radio... i cant think of what it would need to be connected to that there would be a "mute wire" in your car.

on the LX, I doubt there is a mute wire, you would have to wire in a relay for the whole "mute" effect so it cuts the ignition to your radio when you get an incoming call.
