Reflash 06-07 civic si Feedback

Whats up? Ight check i saw a video recently of a 06 civic si with a reflash. It was running shitty as hell. Fuel cutting bad. He had to take it to a honda dealership to get it fixed. Anyone out there have any problems? I don't know where he got the reflash. Hit me up
