starting to get oil in cylinder 2.....please help

Default starting to get oil in cylinder 2.....please help

i bought a 1990 crx si for 4000 , jrsc 12 psi big boost kit, b16a, tons of stuff ..i pulled the plugs and found oil....im just open to any prior experiences or help....

Take the head off and see whats going on. Run a compression test see what your at. Check the Head gasket. Thats good for starters.

thanks ..that cylinder read around 90...so im trying to get all possibilities out there ...ill post some pics tomorrow ...

Try putting a spoon full of oil in the next time you test it. If the reading goes up, it's probably a bad ring.

make sure it's not not your spark plug tube seals on your valve cover, if those are leaking then it will pour down all over the plug once removed. did your plug wires have oil on them when pulled off?if so then replace your v.c gasket and tube seals,hopefully it's an easy fix and you don't have to pull the head.

i say its the the gromets under the valve cover also. get a new vc gasket and sparkplug tube gaskets and see if that helps.

bad news guys ...blew a hole in the block last night....ow well...i bought the car for 4000 with about 10.000 invested jrsc with big boost kit full msd ignition, brembo big brake upgrade all the way around , no rust, very clean so ....i guess im selling the drop out and put a new one in...thanks you all ...for the help...
