I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY STOCK ALARMON MY 1998 HONDA ACCORD WHAT IS THE BEST VIPER ALARM TO GET.....

You should try a Viper 5900... They're a little pricy But worth the money.

i have found accouple of websites selilng that alarm for around 200$ brand new.

but stick with the 5900/5901 or the python 990 which is basically the same crap.

Even local stores sell the 5900/"50.5x" for $200 these days. They're obsoleting them since the 5901/50.7x is out now.

I THINK YOU SHOULD GET AN UPPER LEVEL ALARM LIKE THE 5900, IT WILL GIVE YOU 2-WAY PAGING FROM UP TO 1/4 MILE AWAY THE NEWER 5901 WILL COST 2-3X THE AMOUNT BUT GIVE YOU 1 MILE RANGE AND MANUAL TRANSMISSION SAFE REMOTE START BUT IT DEPENDS WHAT YOU WANT IN AN ALARM ALL WILL SECURE PRETTY SIMILAR IF INSTALLED RIGHT.....

whats the diffrences between both models? besides what you had mentioned.
