Default trouble codes P1259, P0132, and P0420

p0132 02 Sensor Circuit High Volts (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0420 Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (bank 1)

P1259 Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering (i was told it is actually a v-tec malfuction)

To try and fix these codes that keep coming up, ive changed spark plugs, ran fuel system cleaner, cleaned V-tec solenoid. My V-tec is still now activating, it wont let me rev any higher than 6,800. I was told P0132 is the 02 sensor closest to the driver and needs to be changed. p0420 could be a bad cat. or the sensor. and p1259 has me stumped. A friend of mine had the dealership change the whole throttle body on his RSX when he got that error (guarantee covered it) but i think it could be fix cheaper and easier i just dont know what else to do. I erase the codes and they come back up, engine stays in limp mode. i researched and couldnt find a clear answer of how to fix it. any advice is appreciated. thanks.

start with the O2 sensor, if that doesn't fix all of the above maybe the map sensor? that is located on the TB i believe.

it seems that the previous owner had a comp. modification and when he/she took it off didnt put the wires that were cut correctly in a way that they wont become undone.

I found a diagram of the wiring tell me which wires were the ones for the vtec control and i check the cables that were coming out of the ecu that it is under the passenger floorboard and those 2 wires were undone.

if its not the wires check other things like ur vtec solenoid that might be clogged and oil levels because they could cause ur vtec to not activate and cause that code.
