Ok im looking for a shop that can do either the red chrome color or black chrome color. I really like the red and chrome though. Im located in Jacksonville FL, so ill ship them out too. And i don't want an anodized color.
Thanks.
Thanks.
You want chrome??? Seriously?
Just think about how much weight you are adding to your wheels by doing that. Rotational mass kills power, which Honda's dont have much of to start with.
Sorry I cant help, I thought Id just give you a little insight. Chrome wheels are heavy as ****!

Really? Do you have any pics. I didnt know that those companies ever offered chrome wheels. I figured that they were polished aluminum to save weight and I havent been able to find any works, harts or ssr that came from the factory chrome plated.
Just working from experience installing wheels and stuff.... the chrome finish on wheels is actually a process that bonds metal particles to the wheel. Thus adding weight. If you took the exact same wheel (one regular finish, one chromed) and weighed them both, youd be able to see quite a difference in weight.
As for the OP... you are looking to have an anodized finish. Google "anodizing wheels" and you should come up with the information that you need.

if u wanted the anodized look DIY!itll cost about 10 bucks
for all four wheels. GET the duplicolor anodized spray cans.i used their gunmetal grey paint on my rims a while back and they're still fresh. it took me 1 can for all four but i suggest 2 cans.
