So I just bought an 07 White Si Sedan. I want to get a short ram intake, header, and then Hondata. I just ordered an AEM intake, and I'm looking at the DC Race Header. If I get the header and leave on the stock exhaust/muffler will that be a problem? I want the car to be somewhat of a sleeper and would rather not have an aftermarket exhaust. Do any of you guys have this DC race header? Any pros/cons? Thanks in advance!

 

I have an injen cai and dc race header on my TW Si Sedan

It works fine, pulls great. I don't really plan on getting an exhaust anymore.

 

so you did notice gains when getting the header and leaving the stock exhaust? have you thought about hondata? thanks for the input bro.

Yes, I noticed the car climbed through the rpms much faster. Even feels like the lower end power increased a bit. I'm thinking of getting the hondata reflash and not going any further for mods, I've been quite pleased with the power this car puts out.

 

How has the addition of the header and the subtraction of the cat affected the sound?
