I'm pretty new to car audio, but ive heard good things about the d3 series and i was thinking of going with a single 10. ive heard nothing but good things and it fits my price range. I was also considering the kicker cvt series but im leaning towards the diamond. what do you guys have to say? and how much (rough estimate) do you think a complete set up will cost? amp/ported box/wiring/controls etc etc.

it all depends on the brands and models that you go with. i know you can find that diamond d3 sub from sonicelectronix for around $80. so im guessing if you go with that sub you can find a amp,wiring kit, and box for a total of around $275.
