Default Swaped my d16a6 for a d16a but ??

Ok i had to get a new engine and got a JDM D16A with complete engine to ecu wireing harness but no ecu or distributor so i am using my stock D16A6 wiring harness, intake manifold, ecu, and distributor. Only 2 wire connectors on the engine are different that i need to to get it running the cooling fan switch i can figure out on my own it is just 2 wires. But the alternator is my issue right now my stock wire connector has 4 wires in it
1 black with yellow line
1 white with blue line
1 blue
1 white with yellow line

I would like to use the alternator that came with the D16A because it has more amps and has 4 ribbed belt that matches the crank pulley on the D16A my old alternator has 3 ribbed belt and will not work with the D16A crank pulley. So I need D16A connector it also has 4 wires 2 that are the same colors and 2 that are different
1 black with yellow line
1 white with blue line
1 white with red line
1 white with green line

I would like to now witch wires I should connect to witch when I splice in the alternator connector from the D16A wiring harness because I can not get the alternator pulleys off with the tools and resources I have. please help me out if any one can thanks
