questions about a 3.5L swap for 1998 accord v6

I saw an old post about a 3.5L swap that increases the HP for the V6 Accord to 260 HP. I was thinking about doing this to my car but I need some more details on price, materials, and how to get it done.

you would have to either convert the 3.5L heads to use a distributor or rewire the car for DIS.... or use the accord heads and rather small valves and a 3.5L block.. prolly easier to swap a type S driveline in there..
