Yeah but they're probably gonna need to be changed after that pass.

Yes that car was in the top 3 in points last year in the modified class.
They will be attending the October event in Etown.

that is Jorge lazcano. He came2nd in the nhra modified points standings last year.Pan Ams by hands down is the best import drag event in the world. 27k ppl where counted going in just on sunday so imaginethe total attendence for the whole weekend.Nhra should learn from this event that ppl rather watch grassroots type racing the a series that is run by politics.
Here is another vid of the run.the poor riced out civic never had a chance lmfaoooo

Only time i ever seen people have problems with rotaries is if they were built by a non puerto rican. These guys will do a pass and drive it back up the return road. then they will parking lot pimp with these cars and go back out and run another low 7sec pass.
That car runs consistant with no problems at all. In eliminations he was dialed in at 7.40 all day.
As far as the crowd goes......It was so packed that they were paring cars in the grass up the return road.
Yeah i wish Nopi and NHRA would use the same formula that they are using to hold an event. This is only a 2 day event and had more people than Nopi or NHRA have all year..
Plus...the payout is soooooooo much better. The winner got $10 grand. ****... We got about $750 for just going to the 2nd round. Thats more than what Nopi or NHRA pays for the winner in SPFWD. Not knocking any of the sanctions. but like the last person stated about the politics.....It would be so much better if there wasn't any.

27,000? From where we were parked, it seemed like a hell of a lot more! We had so many people coming by, saying hi, stopping by and just generally hanging out. Lucky for us, the ones that didn't speak English had friends with them who did!
The Pan Ams is certainly not an event to be missed. We overcame so much just to be there. We had 5 cars in our pit area, and between them we had 1 fire (inside the car on the starting line), one inatake manifold with 7 cracks in it, one busted water hose (happened on the starting line), and one flat trailer tire ( of COURSE we didn't have a spare!). All of this so we could race for $350. Oh, and watch some serious 7 second, ***** to the wall action, as well.
