well...i haven't driven a car w/ a spoon rear strut bar...so i wouldn't really be able to say...i dont know many people who have driven both though. it would be coo to hear any comments. either way i dont think the difference would be that big.

the Stock Type R is 24mm front strut bar... what about Mugen and Spoon??

The lower rear is visible if you have the back seats down.
The rear lower mounts between the rear LCAs. There's no way you can see that, you must be getting "lower rear" confused with the trunk brace that goes beneath the taillights.
