DO NOT get any of the shiny **** as it will expletive up your dash and door panels. Use something that leaves no shine. I use Meguiars Quik Detailer and leaves no shine at all.

...and one of my friends showed me a little trick you can use when cleaning your interior, take a little bit of carpet cleaner, like literally a few drops in a bucket and dump a 20oz bottle of water in there so literally its like 1/1000 soap/water mix, and use a clean rag, and it makes everything look amazing with no shine at all, looks perfect!

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant. It cleans and protects without leaving oily, shiny residue, and it helps keep the products moisturized (no cracking dashes!)
A lot of people that detail swear by it so I tried it out and it's much better than any armor all Pep Boys crap i've used.

California Dash Duster for me. Works great, no chemicals/rags required!
Does the Meguiar's provide protection as well? Now that I'm not garaging my car any more I should probably be putting some sort of extra protection on my dash...

the meguiers gold class interior junk has UV proctectants in it.. I've never used it though.. Just the quick detailer occasionally and the dash duster to keep things tidy

I just picked up black magic dash detailer it has an anti-dust static solution that keeps the dash dust free so chek it out. I think of it as the pledge for cars. lol But whatever works best for you is good as long as you like the end result.
