Default FS/FT B20 long block

I got a B20 out of a customers car thats in good shape (approx. 40k). Just before we pulled it out it did 180 across the board and doesnt smoke or leak anything. The only reason we pulled it out is the guy went ls/vtec turbo. Asking $600

Its also got the hard to find P8R head on it.

there are no problems with this motor whatsoever. did not leak, smoke, lose oil, or water or anything, this is the low compression b20 and still put 180 compression across the board. the motor is in perfect shape with less than 44k on it.

If so this one is in really good shape. Like i said, id love to run it but b20/vtec on 12-13psi just isnt safe enough for me lol.

It would be nice to have a spare block to build for boost then put the spare built head i have on it for next year... but i dont think i can spare that kinda cash right now

Hey....i just ralized that this B20 has the hard to find P8R head on it as well. So cant go any lower than $600.

I spent about 5 minutes and cleaned it just a little.

I know, i woke up in the middle of the night last night and was like "that B20 would have the P8R head!" Maybe my brother will buy it and add it to the stash. Only thing that sucks would be the drive to go pick it up.

I'm more intrested in the short block.

B20 and LS heads are grouped together since they are non-VTEC b series heads. The P8R has the best flow of the non VTEC heads available from the factory. And that B20 block would give me some room for more boost

i put this motor in my car tonight to see how it would do and on 9psi and a rich tune and no timing in a 2450lb car went a 13.2 with a passenger with wheelspin in 1st, 2nd and a little of 3rd. But i need the vtec back in it. so i need a good shape gsr bottom end. id trade this complete motor for a gsr bottom end and some cash. so let me know.

I can gaurantee this to be a good motor. i was only cutting 2.4-2.6 60ft's because they didnt put VHT down like they normaly do. It does not smoke at all and is in excellent shape. It pulls really hard in the car and the rev limit on it has been kept to 7000.
