Default engine misfire

Took my moms 2002 Accord 4 cylinder to Autozone - guy said cylinder 2 and 3 misfire. He said it could be either the coil, wires or plugs. I want to start at the most likely culprit. The engine is at about 65,000 so I don't think it would be the plugs. So what do you think the coil or the plugs?

Thanks in Advance!

p.s. - did a quick search but couldn't find an answer in the current posts

65k on the original plugs?
I'd start there.
Just how long do you think spark plugs last?

Thanks we will start there. We are not car people and were told they should last for about 100,000. Thanks again.
