I had mine for about 2 and a 1/2 months now. And I love it. Only thing I would do once you pick one up is search about the bumpers pealing paint. Just pick up some plastic washers and gap it out a bit so the bumper does not touch the 14/'s and fenders.

all you need to know

car and driver tested all new compacts in the states and the fit rocked all!! it even does a lane change test faster than a corvette z06..however they might test that im not sure. i have to say i have never driven a more comfortable better driving better handling car in my life..the fit is superior.

i got a standard..it gets wonderful gas mileage even when driven fairly hard. hard city driving, highway speeds of 80 mph and a/c on sometimes i got 33 mpg.

the interior is surprizingly roomy and the way the back seats fold up or down is great.

and its a honda....it will last as long as you change to oil on time..

and it can run too, just gotta wind it up a little..

I have a Scion xB right now, and although I love the Scion community and all the things Scion has done for me (free trips to Vegas/SEMA, Miami/HIN) I wish I wouldve purchased a Fit. Came from a Honda, and will likely go back to Honda within a year.

The only thing that I can complain about is rattling noises from some of the panels in the rear and dash. I've got about 22K miles now.

Get a manual tranny if you can

I've got the auto

I think that is a common complaint for most econo cars though.

I traded in my Scion tC because it rattled REAL bad. The xB rattles occasionally in the winter.
