sensor question, how was this MISSED????

what is this sensor and does it need to be hooked up on a DPFI-MPFI swap. Ive read about 7 different walk thrus and none mention this sensor or the fact there isnt a plug for it on the DX harness. thanks

Fast idle control valve (89-91 only)...you don't need it.
