Default Intake manifold question

I Read up on post that someone had trouble putting on a skunk2 IM on there prelude SH. The runners were to long for the oil filter. Then i read up that if you put one on they will turn off the ATTS. true ? So if its not best to go with a skunk2, then should i have my stock IM bored out or get a Euro R bored out. And kind of a newb question but while im writing this whats what makes the euro R and skunk illegal? can you make it legal ?

The s2 is illegal because it does not have hookups for the EGR valve. This is ok if it is for a track only vehicle or you don't have to get your car e-checked. The euro-r is legal as long as you have the EGR plate. Not everyone sells them with the im.
