What are you planning on welding with it?????
How big is the breaker???
How many amp machine is this?
What kind of tig torch do you have???

The unit should have documentation on the maximum current draw somewhere. For example, I have a 200amp ac/dc inverter tig, but it has a maximum draw of 20amps from the wall. I can use it on any 220v outlet just about because of this and I can use it with extension cords.
According to this pdf on millers webpage http://www.millerwelds.com/pdf...8.pdf
That welder will never pull more than ~21A at the socket on a 220V line. So I would say its plenty safe to use on a dryer plug.

Thanks! Thats why I bought the dynasty because i was just going to be using it in my garage with standard household wiring for a dryer. I just wanted to be sure because I dont understand electrical terminology that well & I didnt want to blow up my welder or house plugging it in i shouldnt have. I guess this welder can tell what its plugged into and draw the correct amount of power. Im just learning how to weld so im just going to be messing around until class starts
thanks again

Most dryer outlets are 30amps so you should be fine. Just make an adapter extension cord so you can plug it into the dryer outlet
