A couple of quick questions...When i first got my coupe it didnt smoke at all...I let it sit for a little while ( month ) and i start it and let it run about every 2 weeks. It is a project. It has an LS in it..Would it be smoking due to the need of an oil change?
What Oil would you all suggest and what filter. I always used Half Synthetic and a FRAM filter when i had my past cars...What would you suggest.
Also quick Carbon fiber question...I used to have a link on here for a thread on HT about how to recondition your CF Hood....anyone know what that link is? Its about how to remove oxidizing.

If it smokes after sitting a few days that's a good sign that your valve seals are starting to go bad. They are letting the oil that is in the head drip down into the cylinder.
you didnt look too hard did you?

no your car wont smoke cuz it needs an oil change, if it just smokes a little upon start up and goes away, then thats fine
use a good synthetic, mobil 1, royal purple, etc. and a oem honda oil filter

They arent going bad...It didnt smoke when i purchased it and it just started to smoke recently a little bit...and i only start it about every other week. The only leak i have is the O ring on the distributer. Speaking of which i need to replace that damn thing soon. I never drive the car on the road or beat on it.

If the valve guides are leaking, you won't see signs of it on the outside of the engine.
