Turbo, superchargers suck on low displacement applications, and 1.6 is pretty damn low.

Check out the forced induction forum. I would say go boost. It will run you a bit more but you'll get better numbers.

man, what i'd give for the money of one of those kits. Peice together your own turbo kit, superchargers are . Because no matter what you plan to do w/ your car, a large or small turbo w/ fast spool will be just as good.

Supercharger is more reliable for everyday drive!! check out the high-boost JRSC. http://www.supercharger.com. But if you want better time and more power t3/t4 turbonetics

Um, Supers and turbos BOTH deal in boost. So answering "Boost " To a turbo vs sc debate is Dumb.

Syndicate had it right, Turbo FTW.

My head hurts!!

"boost it"

Supercharger AND turbochargers BOTH "boost" cars. Boost does NOT just apply to turbochargers. People seem to get hung up on that .

Anyways, just thought I'd include that in case people didn't know.

Rodney knew a guy who did a dual charge (larger turbo but a super charger to hold over the turbo lag). I don't think it worked out too well but that's some badass stuff.
