Default S20 Syncros question

Does anyone know what the syncros in a S20 transmission off a D16Z6 are made out of? Im wondering because im debating what transmission fluid to use for it, I heard that GM syncromesh was very good, so I want to find out if the Syncros are bronze or anything before I put it in, because I was told that GM syncromesh was not yellow metal safe and will wear out the syncros.

Ok so most.... but what about the ones in this trans? Im just debating what fluid to put in it. I was going to go with just 50weight Valvolene but then I heard about the GM stuff so I thought i would check it out.
