Default 92 accord tachometer

my tachometer needle wiggles sometimes, at lot of times it tends to be around the time to shift, but sometimes it just does it, it doesn't cause the engine to rev, its just annoying and i was wondering why it would to that and can it be causing any problems

my tranny is fine as far as i know, i did hav the tachometer wire reconnected recently, it used to wiggle, as in skip up and come back to where its suppost to be and continuetaht process, but it would eventually just drop and kill the car. i took it in and the dealership told me it was just the trigger wire and the tachometer wire were lose. they reconnnected them and put in holders to keep it in place, so maybe the wire is loose again. where does the wire connect to.
