I bought a new itr manifold but using stock ls throttle body, when i cleaned it up after 1k driving it , my intake manifold port where the TB meets had a peice from the side burned , i looked at the LS TB and it has an extra groove which the itr manifold dont have and was leaking air, now im worried about my itr manifold, is it bad, that probably is the problem i have that my idle goes from 1200k to 1500k sometimes, any help will be great.

 

yeah don't use the ls thottle body i would sugeest to use one from a vtec motor, b16a, b17a and even better a type r, you can probably get a cheap b16 from some where and just bore it out.
