alright so my car, about a year ago i got an alarm on it with an option of converting my manual door locks to automatic. My problem is that NOW my passanger side wont lock. only the driver side. i check the wiring where the relay is at and it was like loose, so i cut it off and rewired it to see if it would work, but nothing . . . . any help, if im unclear let me know. thanks

The door lock actuator motor may be bad.

 

expletive . . . . . alright then . . . . . this is gonna be a mission

 

It shouldn't be too bad. Changing the actuator motor isn't that big of a job, whether it is OEM or aftermarket.

Just take your time, so you don't break other parts in the process of taking of the door panel and other items to get to the motor. gl
