Default Knocking noise

I have a 97 civic hx. When i travel on the highway ( about 60 miles per hour) i have no problem, car goes without problem. But when it comes to 65 or 70 miles per hour, a knocking sound is coming from the right front wheel, and i can feel it from the steering wheel, and car shakes. I know it is not the strut, and this problem started after i change the front brakes. Is there any one who knows what might be the problem? Thank You.

Are you sure your lugs were properly snugged? Im sure they were but Ive seen it happen before on HT after a brake job. Im also thinking your wheel is off balance and when it starts to shake at that speed its making your strut work harder and produces that knocking sound.
